Bredis Healthcare participated in the 2026 Spring Academic Conference held on April 11.

Under the theme “A Turning Point in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease: From Precision Medicine to Clinical Practice,” the conference focused on discussions regarding how to apply accumulated research findings to actual clinical settings. In particular, there was significant interest in practical clinical applications, such as biomarker-based diagnostic strategies and the expanded use of blood biomarkers.

Through its booth and networking activities, Bredis Healthcare introduced SIMOA, its ultra-high-sensitivity biomarker analysis platform, and NULISA, its multiplex analysis technology. Amid the growing trend toward early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease and the widespread adoption of disease-modifying therapies, researchers continued to show interest in SIMOA—which can quantify ultra-trace biomarkers in blood down to the femtogram (fg/mL) level—and NULISA, which enables the simultaneous analysis of multiple biomarkers in a single assay.

We were able to witness firsthand how demand for precision bioanalysis is rising in tandem with the rapidly shifting paradigm of dementia treatment. Bredis Healthcare will continue to expand its engagement with researchers and the clinical field through participation in relevant academic conferences.
