[2024] Participation in the 7th Neuroscience Forum on Alzheimer's Disease (NFAD)

Bredis Healthcare participated in the 7th Neuroscience Forum on Alzheimer's Disease (NFAD), held on February 23, 2024, at the Venice Hotel in Yeosu.

Under the theme “Toward Universal Early Prediction and Prevention of Dementia,” the forum was attended by approximately 200 participants, including clinical experts in neurology and psychiatry, neuroscientists, and industry representatives. Five symposia were held on various topics, including the latest trends in Alzheimer’s disease treatments, blood biomarkers, the use of digital biomarkers and AI technology, neuroinflammation, and the microbiome, where the latest research findings and practical implementation strategies for overcoming dementia were actively discussed.

Notably, at this forum, Hwang Hyun-doo, CEO of Bredis Healthcare, delivered a lecture titled “Recent Trends in Blood-based Biomarker Detection Technologies for AD and Their Clinical Applications,” sharing the latest trends in blood biomarker detection technologies for Alzheimer’s disease and their potential clinical applications with domestic researchers.

Bredis Healthcare will go beyond mere participation in academic conferences to engage directly with the research community and contribute to the advancement of the precision bioanalysis field.
