Omni C&S Signs MOU with AlgoRigo and BREDIS Healthcare
Mental tech company Omni C&S Co., Ltd. (CEO Yonghoon Kim) announced that it has signed separate memorandums of understanding (MOU) with AlgoRigo, operator of the AI-based learning management solution "AlgoStudy," and BREDIS Healthcare, a healthcare company that has developed a dementia risk analysis solution based on digital immunoassay technology. Through these agreements, Omni C&S plans to jointly develop solutions for improving concentration and mental care among students, as well as cognitive function analysis and enhancement for seniors, and to pursue full-scale business expansion. Omni C&S and AlgoRigo will collaborate on managing students' academic life — including improving concentration — and addressing academic stress and emotional instability. By combining the two companies' technologies, the partnership is expected to simultaneously deliver two core capabilities — "enhanced learning engagement" and "emotional management" — securing a differentiated competitive edge in the existing education market by adding a mental care dimension. The collaboration with BREDIS Healthcare aims to support dementia prevention and cognitive function management among older adults. By combining the two companies' technologies, they plan to jointly develop an integrated platform that assesses seniors' cognitive function and offers personalized cognitive training content. "This agreement lays the groundwork for realizing digital mental healthcare solutions spanning the entire life cycle, from students to seniors," said Yonghoon Kim, CEO of Omni C&S. "By combining technologies with our partner companies, we will complete an outcome-focused integrated platform and lead the digital mental health market." Omni C&S plans to continue strategic collaborations with various specialized companies to advance its digital mental care technology and expand further into both domestic and international markets.
