On April 11, 2026, BREDIS Healthcare participated in the 2026 Spring Conference of the Korean Dementia Association (KDA).
Held under the theme "A Turning Point in Alzheimer's Disease Diagnosis and Treatment: From Precision Medicine to Clinical Practice," the conference centered on discussions of how accumulated research findings can be translated into real-world clinical practice. There was particularly strong interest in practical clinical applications, including biomarker-based diagnostic strategies and the expanding use of blood biomarkers.
Through its exhibition booth and networking activities, BREDIS Healthcare introduced its ultrasensitive biomarker analysis platform, SIMOA, and its multiplex analysis technology, NULISA.
Amid the accelerating shift toward early Alzheimer's diagnosis and the growing application of disease-modifying therapies, researchers showed continued interest in SIMOA's ability to quantify trace biomarkers in blood down to the femtogram (fg/mL) level, as well as NULISA's capacity to analyze multiple biomarkers simultaneously in a single assay.
As the paradigm for dementia treatment continues to shift rapidly, the growing demand for precision biomarker analysis was evident firsthand at the conference. BREDIS Healthcare remains committed to steadily expanding its connections with researchers and clinical practitioners through continued participation in relevant academic conferences.
