[2025] BREDIS Healthcare Attends the Fall Conference of the Korean Dementia Association
On November 1, 2025, BREDIS Healthcare participated in the 2025 Fall Conference of the Korean Dementia Association (KDA), held at the Swiss Grand Hotel. Marking one year since the introduction of lecanemab (Leqembi) in Korea, the conference focused heavily on sharing real-world clinical experience with the treatment. Drawing on frontline experience from a range of medical institutions — including university hospitals, general hospitals, and clinics — the discussion addressed practical challenges arising from the application of anti-amyloid therapies, such as disease classification systems, reimbursement structures, and gaps in coordination between medical institutions. The conference also explored the institutional groundwork needed to keep pace with the shifting paradigm of dementia care. The event offered a valuable opportunity to hear directly from the field one year after the treatment's introduction, and prompted renewed reflection on the role and potential of BREDIS Healthcare in the field of precision biomarker analysis.
